I took my Highlander in for an oil change which was performed in 14 minutes based off of Toyota’s goal to have maintenance finished in under 1 hour. Yes, the service was completed in under 1 hour, but performed in 14 minutes based off of Toyota’s goal to have maintenance finished in under 1 hour. Yes, the service was completed in under 1 hour, but when I got home, I realized they didn’t turn off the required maintenance warning indicators. So, I had to go all the way back to the dealership which cost me time, money, and frustration. Therefore, from my personal experience, performing maintenance quickly and incompletely is not a good goal for Toyota.to have. My personal preference is for the Toyota mechanics to take their time and do the job properly and correctly so that I don’t have to make a second trip back to the dealership for them to complete the job or heaven forbid they are speeding through maintenance and they forget to put something (screw, etc) back on the vehicle and a serious accident happens that causes injury or even death. One thing I hope you can control is not allowing customers in service area allow their pets to run freely. This visit a small dog was out of control (tripping people, peeing on the carpet) Suggest requiring animals to be caged (like vets). Recall visit was otherwise uneventful. Thanks Brent More

I questioned it because was on the tread and dead center of the tire. He said it was against the law to repair a hole that size and said if had to be replaced. $361. I chose not to replace, drove down to discount tire and they plugged it for free. The metal barely punctured the tire. More
