We got off to a rough start. 1 vehicle was not ready to be looked at. Parts missing from truck. No manuals. Had to come back 2 extra times. Wrong part order. Salespeople are warm and inviting, for sure, but they ultimately sold me a car without communicating its open safety recall (# Z50). I bought the car on July 29, 2022, and the open recall was known on Ju ultimately sold me a car without communicating its open safety recall (# Z50). I now have no choice but to drive around with an unsafe vehicle because A) I can't afford to hire an attorney; and B) the manufacturer and this dealership is ignoring my justifiable and documented complaints. Just last week, I asked Concordville Nissan managers Chuck Desantis and David Solomon to refund the vehicle because they did not properly disclose the open recall. I asked in good faith, and with the understanding that they, too, would get $$ from the manufacturer because the car is literally not allowed to be sold due to the safety recall. I was surprised that they showed zero interest in helping me and taking responsibility for their simple but fixable screw-up. Character, ethics, and honesty matter. And they matter most when problems like mine demand immediate action, when they put customers and all fellow drivers' lives at risk. By putting sales over customer safety, Concordville Nissan shows who and what they truly are. More
