Brett was kind. He communicated as needed. He came to pick me up when he couldn't locate the coffee shop for Lift. Unfortunately, when he left a voicemail the follow He communicated as needed. He came to pick me up when he couldn't locate the coffee shop for Lift. Unfortunately, when he left a voicemail the following day, he greeted me as, 'Hey man' which wasn't appreciated. In his message he stated 'all the work that was done on my car.' Well, there was no actual work done in my car. This simply told me he had no idea who he was calling & what the work requested was.
