Bria was really attentive and informative, paid attention to what was back to make the purchase at the one where I had the best customer experience. Great experience! Dyan H. was very accommodating, friendly, and patient. The dealership was clean and welcoming. What a great experience purchasing a new GLE350 and trading in our old vehicle. We worked with Bria Harrison and she was fantastic from our first visit to discuss purchase and delivery time through ve trading in our old vehicle. We worked with Bria Harrison and she was fantastic from our first visit to discuss purchase and delivery time through vehicle pick-up. I would certainly recommend her to anyone that wants to buy a new vehicle. The process was so easy and we did all of the communications via email and text. The only negative thing is that some of the desired options were not available due to supply chain issues but that's certainly not Bria's or the dealership's fault. The one thing that I would change when we came in to pick up the vehicle would be for someone to show us the vehicle's features while Bria's was busy taking care of all of the paperwork involved with the trade-in and financing instead of having us sit at her desk. That would have been a better use of our time. More
