My Review of Paul Moak Volvo:
Mr. Brian Baskin of Paul Moak Volvo has provided wonderful service for my daughter who is a beginning public school teacher and recently relocated to Mississippi. He made sure that she had transportation to work each day that her car was in the shop. One Friday afternoon my daughter encountered a problem and she drove into the service department about 30 minutes before closing. Mr. Baskin quickly figured out what was wrong and then advised her about how to manage her problem over the weekend until they could fix the car. Mr. Baskin consistently has been efficient and courteous and knowledgeable. He works to keep costs down, which is critical for my daughter given her profession. As a mother who lives across the country, it's good to know who we can depend on.

Bryan is wonderful. Takes care of all my auto needs. We have used Paul Moak for years and would not consider using anyone else. Our family has purchase several cars from the Moak family of cars including Honda, Volvo and GMC. We consider it a dealership you can count on.

My Review of Paul Moak Volvo:
When I was initially looking to buy a Volvo I visited serveral dealerships. At Paul Moak I recieved the best customer service when it came to working out deals and test driving vehicles. I was given plenty of time with the tester car which gave me loads of insight on the car i was buying. When it came to buying the car the salesperson was very personable and was there to help me 100%. I recently had my XC90 serviced and it was a breeze. I called and they imediately found me an appointment. They were all about what was convienent for me. They were quick but accurate when it came to service, and they were very detailed when it came to explaining questions I had. My experience with Paul Moak has truly exceeded my expectations!!

My Review of Paul Moak Volvo:
Contacted the Dealership to set up appointment for 115,000 mile check up - was able to make an appt for the next day. This was excellent service. I usually try to call a week in advance but was unable to this and this was the 1st time I had called the day before and I was pleased to be able to have appt the next day.
When I arrived for my appt - Brian met me as I drove up and it did not take long to get the ticket done and also to set up a taxi to work.
He asked when did I need the car and I said if possible early afternoon - nolater than 1500 and then he called me at 1300 and said it was ready - this was also excellent so that I could pick up the vehicle before I got busier at work and the traffic got bad.
When I arrived to pay - they had a new process that was more private and this was appreciated and the gentleman that always helps with the bill (can't remember his name right now) was his usual friendly and helpful self - I really appreciate this) Val who usually helps me - was also very helpful and friendly - She and the gentleman in the payment area always know my name and this makes me feel like they truly care about my business. Thanks for the good job.

paul moak volvo is a good dealership with experienced employees. i feel my review is honest and is a good one. the ony downfall is the cost of service; none the less, i presume it is that way with all dealerships. i definitely like the fact that volvo is trying to assist their customers by providing monthly discount pamphlets. WAY TO GO, VOLVO !!! GOINS

My Review of Paul Moak Volvo:
I have always had great service there. The folks at the dealership address my problems and have continued to work on issues until they are resolved. This included a really tricky issue with a light that kept burning out. Brian ordered a special part -- after spending hours on it one day -- and called me back and got it fixed. The volvo is a great vehicle, but I have been thoroughly impressed with the Paul Moak's customer service department. While I could go somewhere else, I choose to only let the folks there touch my car. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly!

The service staff is always professional, courteous and prompt in delivering service. I have been completely satisfied with the maintenance service over the past 8 years. Not only does the service advisor complete requested service but they also recommend/advise of other maintenance.
