My Review of Dave Arbogast Buick GMC:
We live in Minnesota and required an AWD vehicle. We were looking in Minnesota just before the Japanese earthquake. Almost immediately, used Subaru prices shot up in Minnesota by several thousands dollars. So we started widening my radius looking for a nice used Subaru. I couldn't find one locally but I found one at Dave Arbogast on the internet.

Since it was many miles away (more than 600 miles) from us, we couldn't go see it easily. We read the free Carfax Arbogast provided online. We also looked at the many pictures and description of the vehicle. I then read a number of reviews on DealerRater.

We ended up buying the car sight unseen after talking with Brian "Buck" Buxton over the phone. Buck was very honest and upfront about the vehicle and his review were all positive online. Buck (and Mike from finance) made the whole process go smoothly. They even arranged transportation of the vehicle to our home with a reputable transport service!

The documentation was sent via overnight UPS and a return address was included. We went and signed the documents and had them notorized.

We were nervous about spending so much money without inspecting the car but once it arrived, we were shocked. It was like new inside and the exterior was clean and without dings or scratches. The car was much nicer than we looked at or could have afforded to purchase here in Minnesota. We now have several weeks with the vehicle and I can say we couldn't be happier with it.

I appreciate the honesty and friendliness of Buck and Mike along with the rest of the Arbogast staff. One doesn't expect such service at a car dealership. After our purchase, we even received a couple of follow-up phone calls to make sure everything went well.

It is difficult and nerve-racking to buy a car online but I would buy another one from Buck in a heartbeat. Read the review on Buck and the rest of the Arbogast staff. They are real and you can believe them.

My Review of Dave Arbogast Buick GMC:
Brian was very direct and up front with us. We told him our price range and he searched to see what he might have available. He suggested a 2002 Parkview with 96,000 miles on it. We looked at the car. Although we couldn't remember the name of our auto insurance and had left the document in our car, he let us test drive the Parkview. We were very pleased with its handling and performance. He had quoted a price of $6300. We asked if we could get it for $6200. He came back with $6250, which fit our pocketbook. He was very courteous, patient, and helpful. We'd had rather unpleasant, draining experiences with dealers before. Brian, however, was a breath of fresh air. We recommend Arbogast Buick and Brian Buxton to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Low pressure sale. Brian was and is a straight shooter. I test drove the vehicle I wanted multiple times and Brian was very accommodating and even called a week after the sale to make sure things with the car were going well. I would like to reiterate, Low Pressure Sale! Highly recommended.

There were a couple issues toward the end of the experience that were corrected to satisfactory levels. If you want a well priced car from a fair dealership with an exceptional finance department then I recommend Dave. I can not say genuine, but they do have a good system for producing excellent customer service.

My Review of Dave Arbogast Buick GMC:
Before going to the dealership I had checked the inventory online, then compared the prices of autos I was interested in with Kelly Blue Book and found all were priced below the Blue Book value for a dealership. That in and of itself was the main factor for choosing Dave Arbogast. Buck greeted me promptly, then I sat with him explained that my credit situation is so so. He then took me over to Joe in the financing where Joe took all my info then proceeded to do his magic. It took him a bit of time to find a lender willing to give me a chance, but he did. I was very happy with the attention given at the time of the sale and the fact that both Buck & Joe have since called, even though both got my voice mail, to follow up on if I was happy with the service received and the car I purchased with their help. Which I am very satisfied with both. I would recommend the dealership to others without hesitation. In fact I have already told several others about my experience and the fact that I believe I got a great deal. I thank both Joe and Buck for the efforts on making my experience a great one.

Buck is the nicest, friendliest, most helpful car salesman. He made sure I got the perfect vehicle. I know he put alot of effort and time into finding just what I wanted. I couldn't be happier. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. I am so happy with my purchase, and so thankful I was able to work with Buck to make it happen. Everytime I felt like I was bugging him, he assured me I was not. Next time we are looking for a vehicle, I will be back to see Buck!
