From Brian to the team who returned my car, everyone was fantastic. The whole crew at Nissan of Thousand Oaks was friendly and welcoming. The shuttle drivers were courteous and kind, and the check‑out person was no different. Since it was a hot day, even offered me water—such a thoughtful touch.
