I recently had an issue with my car when a key part stopped working. I was really shaken and worried when I first called. I described what happened, and Brian—the service advisor—immediately responded stopped working. I was really shaken and worried when I first called. I described what happened, and Brian—the service advisor—immediately responded with “First of all, I’m glad you’re ok and safe.” That alone eased my anxiety, and he went on to reassure me they would figure out the problem. Brian stayed in touch the entire time. He kept me in the loop with updates on every step of the repair process. I appreciated knowing what was happening and what was being done. From Brian to the team who returned my car, everyone was fantastic. The whole crew at Nissan of Thousand Oaks was friendly and welcoming. The shuttle drivers were courteous and kind, and the check‑out person was no different. Since it was a hot day, even offered me water—such a thoughtful touch. Honestly, I felt genuinely cared for—and not just as a customer, but as a person. Brian’s knowledge, and caring nature stood out, and the entire team mirrored that warm professionalism. If you're looking for a service center where you feel listened to and respected, I wholeheartedly recommend Nissan of Thousand Oaks. They made a stressful situation manageable.
