I am a first-time buyer with little experience in financing a car, and after my bad experience at a Honda dealership, where I wasted a 3 hours talking to an inexperienced rep and his intimidating/pushy manager, I've been wary. But, this place was unlike any of the other I visited - there was no waiting around, no headaches or aggravation, no pressure! My sales rep Brian was very genuine and honest. He took his time to explain all of the details and let me test drive one of their vehicles. He really left it up to me to decide what I liked and I didn't feel under pressure at all, which I truly appreciated. The whole experience made me comfortable and confident in my decision. Also, after purchasing the vehicle, he made sure to make sure I had everything I needed. I have got to say, the professionalism and attentiveness of these two men exceeded my expectations. Unexpectedly Great Experience I had previously purchased my 2012 Genesis here but was very dissatisfied. I wanted to purchase a 2015 model and had shopped several other dealers. I I had previously purchased my 2012 Genesis here but was very dissatisfied. I wanted to purchase a 2015 model and had shopped several other dealers. Ironically the only one that had the color I wanted was Paramus. I checked on this site and saw great reviews for Brian so I reluctantly contacted him on last day of the month. When I arrived, he was already dealing with another customer and the dealership was extremely busy. In spite of this, Brian was able to work with me and get me the deal I wanted on the new car as well as my trade. He was a perfect gentleman all the way and not once did I have to speak with a manger. Brian handled it all himself solo. I also wasn't expecting to actually acquire the car that day but Brian even managed to handle that feat of magic and drove the car right off the showroom floor! The transaction went smoothly. Hardly any wasted time in F&I office. I drove off with my new car that same afternoon. He contacted me following day and I stopped by to set up the BlueLink account. He has contacted me several times since to ensure that I understood all the tech features of the car. All in all, I have to say that having been sorely disappointed here previously, Brian was able to turn my opinion around 180 degrees. He is a terrific salesman and you wont be disappointed by working with him. More

WIthin minutes of looking around the lot, Brian Gombocz came outside and greeted both myself and my boyfriend, as we were both interested in purchasing vehicles. Brian quickly got to the point and asked what we were looking for in our cars. We each test drove one of our choice then went inside to talk numbers. At this time, I was still unsure about which vehicle I was really interested in. I did not like the look of the Elantra, even though this one was more in my price range. So I went out and test drove the Sonata, as Brian and Vinny recommended. After I test drove it, I realized that this is the car I might want to purchase. I went back inside to sit down and talk numbers with both Brian and Vinny. After I was given the first set of numbers, I doubted wether I should even purchase a new car as my budget is quit low at the moment. But we worked out the kinks together, and with Vinny's help, got the numbers down to where I could afford it. Both myself and my boyfriend walked out with brand new Hyundai Sonata's in our price range. Throughout the time spent at the dealer, Brian and Vinny made the experience fun and enjoyable, and even cracked some jokes as we waited patiently for everything to finalize. Great experience. Great team. More

My current lease was ending shortly. I stopped in to ask a simple question regarding same and they let me leave with a hybrid Sonata limited for less than I was paying for an Elantra limited. This dealership is close to me, which is the only reason why I would even consider going there. While I do like the Hyundai brand, this particular dealership in my opinion tries to take advantage of unsuspe why I would even consider going there. While I do like the Hyundai brand, this particular dealership in my opinion tries to take advantage of unsuspecting people when it comes to sales. When I was looking to lease a Sonata in 2011, the pricing was so bad I took my business elsewhere and found a dealership miles away that was much more reasonable. Three years later and my lease is ending, so I figured I would try the dealership again, hoping it would be different. It wasn't. Lots of shady, jackal-like individuals in the showroom, which should have been our first warning sign to leave. After speaking with Brian and Vinnie, who were nice enough in the beginning, and providing our list of requirements, we got a selling price that was relatively close to our price quote on TrueCar (which Hyundai of Paramus does NOT participate in). However, that was buried in a monthly price that was over $100 a month more than it should be (determined by my lease calculations). When I asked why our numbers were different, I was told the destination and other fees were not included in my number. Even so, it wouldn't add up to an additional $3600 during the term of the lease. We left the dealership without closing the deal. The next day I called a TrueCar dealership and gave them the exact same requirements. A few minutes later they came back with a monthly number that was $100 less than the price I got at Hyundai of Paramus, further confirming my suspicions. Needless to say we did not proceed with purchasing from Hyundai of Paramus. We got a call from Brian the following day, which was nice enough. But after explaining our decision, he actually seemed quite surprised we balked. Then he tried to say the higher price was due to our credit score, but I informed him that the price was provided to us even before they ran a credit check. Apparently they are getting business from people, otherwise they wouldn't be in business. But from my experience, it seems like they are getting people who just don't know any better. It really is a shame, because they could have had my business twice already. More
