They were both great to work with. Most respectfully stated, my car is having some work done at the Dodge dealership in Springfield, and that occurred the first week of January. It's now January 17th, and I haven't received an update from anyone. It's somewhat concerning, especially since the temporary plate expires on Jan 27th. I thought I would receive better, and more proactive customer service concerning this piece, but I'm going there tomorrow. As the adage goes, if you want something done, you gotta do it yourself. Also, most humbly stated, I thought I would get a better deal, as that what was being advertised, but what's done is now done. Either way, I'm acquainted with Bob Behkle as well, and I will still recommend Southern Motors Honda to my network, and will come back again when it's thar time to purchase another vehicle. Thank you. More
