Every interaction I had with Jamel Heard was positive and very easy. He is a no pressure salesman and I can't explain how important that was to us. I appreciate all the hard work he put into getting us the car we wanted at the price we told him initially. He is very knowledgable about the different specs and positives/negatives of the models we looked at. The best part was when I came in to sign paperwork, he had everything done and waiting for me. I was driving my new car within an hour and a half which seems unheard of. I told Jamel I will be back to purchase another car from him in the future and I absolutely will stand by that! More
