Our car buying experience at Dean Team Volvo was flawless from the first moment we met Brian Jackson and his team. Not only was Brian in contact with us via email regarding time and availability, he was read from the first moment we met Brian Jackson and his team. Not only was Brian in contact with us via email regarding time and availability, he was ready with the separate models we were interested in and quickly had them ready for us to test drive. Upon entering his office, both my husband and I felt a mutual respect for each other and never felt pressured. He gave us time to speak alone, we communicated our concerns openly and honestly, and worked through a plan together. He worked efficiently together with his sales manager to expedite our paperwork and all kept us updated the entire time. Thanks to all! More

BEWARE! Dean Team Volvo absolutely NO INTEGRITY! Drove down 1st time (from 40 miles away) to look at a Corvette that I was prepared to buy cash but the salesman COULDN'T FIND THE KEYS! Said the porter who down 1st time (from 40 miles away) to look at a Corvette that I was prepared to buy cash but the salesman COULDN'T FIND THE KEYS! Said the porter who parked it the night before was fired for smashing up other cars previously and may have taken the keys for that and other vehicles home. WOW! Imagine spending hours it takes to buy a car to have them go detail it and back it into a pole? Then came several talks with Scott Varnum & Brian Jackson. Again I'm writing a check IN FULL for this, we finally agree on a price that I would pay if I drove the car and liked it, they dropped the $199 processing fee down to $99. On Friday I was going to come but it was raining / it was a convertible so made appt Saturday and when I'm a block away from the dealership Brian Jackson emails me (had NO PROBLEM CALLING ME PRIOR) to say THEY SOLD IT! So to recap they higher people and it takes multiple instances of damaging vehicles before they fire them, they lose keys, and they can't keep their word when they know you're coming to buy a car. DO NOT deal these dishonest, lying xxxx!! Bill Dean should have the decency to offer me a newer Corvette with less miles for the same or less price plus make any enhancements that were on the 1st one BUT if you're reading this they have no decency....ZERO....they didn't reach out and MAKE THIS RIGHT....go elsewhere with integrity, there's none within DEAN TEAM! More

My husband knows my disdain for auto dealerships and pushy car salesman, so much so, I purchased my last car through an online service. I told him that I would test drive the car with him, but I did n pushy car salesman, so much so, I purchased my last car through an online service. I told him that I would test drive the car with him, but I did not want to participate in the other buying processes. When we arrived, I sat in the car and did not enter the dealership. After test driving a few vehicles, he made a purchase. He had a fantastic buying experience which led me to return when I searched for an additional car. I contacted Brian Jackson. He listened while I told him what my budget was and the type of vehicle I wanted. Even though he was on vacation, he still assisted me. He texted me pictures of the car the same day and also followed up with a text message. Since it was the end of the business day, we made an appointment to test drive a car the following day. The vehicle matched our needs, and we were interested in making the purchase. Mr. Jackson began the process, and Grant Winnett (along with Lauren Caruso) helped facilitate our loan processing needs. I started my car search in Mid-March and ordered a 2015 Volvo S60 with a little less than 51,000 miles on it through Carvana. After receiving an order confirmation via email. I then received multiple texts via the following days reassuring the delivery date of March 23rd. March 23rd came and no car. I reached out to Carvana, and they stated there was a glitch in their system that made the vehicle to be put back into their inventory, and another customer has started the purchasing process. After several attempts in asking them to put a halt to the other customer's purchasing process, Carvana instructed me to begin searching for another vehicle. After heavy reluctance, I found another car in their inventory (2015 Hyundai Sonota, less than 51,000 miles on it). This vehicle was to be delivered on April 5th but to no avail. I received a text message on April 4th stating a delay, and it will not arrive until April 12th. So I reached out to a co-worker who has a strong relationship with the Dean Team, and the co-worker reached out to Scott V. (GM). He introduced me to Brian J. Brian, and I talked on the phone, and during his CNA (client needs analysis), he discovered my price range and vehicle style. Brian called me and stated they have me set up for financing and come in for a test drive. Due to my tight schedule, I was only able to come in the next day, but Brian wasn't going to be there. Brian communicated with Scott V., and when I got to the dealership, he introduced me to Pat P. Pat provided me with the car Brian picked out for me, and my wife and I went on a 30-minute test drive. I was very impressed with the 2018 Volvo S60, but the color wasn't me, and the monthly note was more than what I wanted. Pat P. went to work, and we test drove a 2016 Volvo S60 inscription platinum with 37,000 miles on it, with the color I wanted. That's when Grant G. (financing person) came into play. Grant G. performed a few magic tricks and got the payment within my budget. I am writing this review with the same model car that was to be delivered on March 23rd, which's a year newer and with 13,000 miles less, sitting in my driveway.
