Had to actively go after them for updates and only after getting the owner involved did I see any progress. Car promised by midnight never showed up. Despite my efforts to contact them, I was left hanging until late morning. Pretty well convinced the car was in a shipping container headed to Timbuktu, never to be seen again. After the owner's involvement, I finally got some answers so, kudos to Jerry. More
