I wish I could give it -5 stars as a review. We purchased a new Prius from them with the sales pitch of being the “Home of the Lifetime Powertrain” warranty. This warranty was to extend the ex We purchased a new Prius from them with the sales pitch of being the “Home of the Lifetime Powertrain” warranty. This warranty was to extend the existing Toyota factory warranty as long as you own your vehicle. Only to find out that with less than 85K miles on the car, they said there is a loophole to the warranty and cracked head gaskets is not covered. Toyota corporate said that the head gasket is part of their extended warranty, up to 60K. Their GM did not act as a reputable businessman, even after repeated calls to him and his customer service rep to repair the vehicle. DO NOT believe them when they give you that as part of their sales pitch, it’s a complete lie. More

This car dealership was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced trying to lease a car. Neither the GM or Maria, the finance person didn't even have the courtesy to put on a mask sitting acr I have ever experienced trying to lease a car. Neither the GM or Maria, the finance person didn't even have the courtesy to put on a mask sitting across from us. Marina, the sales manager, last minute went back on the deal we negotiated earlier in the week, and threw in a few dirty looks as she lied and threw the papers across the table. Do yourself a favor, and don't waste your time here. More

She was responsive via email and answered a LOT of questions for us before we even drove up there. When we got there, she was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Brian, the manager, was not sitting in some mysterious back room doing mysterious things, forcing Marina to go "talk to her manager" to get answers to our requests. He was sitting RIGHT OUT FRONT and while my brother was negotiating our trade-in, and running boards, and where exactly he wanted the undercoating, Marina was working with me on a great financing package. I was concerned that the Tundra would not have the towing capacity of my (20 year old) Ford F250. Brian took the time to answer all my questions (even though some of the technical stuff was over my head!) When I got the truck home, I took it on a "test drive" with a horse on my trailer, and it does everything Brian said it would do. I cannot say enough good things about everyone we worked with from Marina and Brian, to the guy who made the undercoating product, to the service tech that applied it, to Maria who "signed us out" by staying well after closing time and answering even MORE of our questions. Thanks you so much Toyota of Greensburg for restoring my faith in the integrity of buying a car from a dealer. I could not possibly be happier with the sales experience. More
