We had the car one day and noticed a small leak i We purchased a 2008 Chrysler 300C from their used cars, The price was right, the car was very clean. We had the car one day and noticed a small leak in the rear seal, they agreed to fix it at a minimal cost to us, as it turned out the wrong part was delivered and mechanic tried to install, by the time he discovered it was the wrong part something else broke and they had to replace another more costly part at no extra charge to us! Everyone we worked with were polite and helpful, not to mention they gave us another used car, at no cost, to drive for two days while our car was being fixed! We will be back to Joyce Buick in the future! More

Excellent Service My dealer didn't fiddle around with things I could get. I told him what I was interested in and my budget and they worked with me from there. They're fair, loyal, and they will fight hard for you to make sure you get the car you want. Everyone I talked to was super nice and genuinely cared about me as a person. We were greeted with smiles and handshakes as soon as we stepped out of our car. We dealt with Brian R Joyce, and he was such a pleasure. He was so personable and friendly, and did everything in his power to get us the best deal possible, while making us feel extremely comfortable during the entire purchasing process, which I have found to be very stressful in the past. There was no stress at all during this purchase. Brian and his staff were simply incredible. We came from out of town to make our purchase. Even though they close at 8:00 pm, and we couldn't make it there until 7:30, Brian and the rest of the staff readily sacrificed their evenings with their families to make sure we were well taken care of. Being a father of five, that's something I won't soon forget. Thank you Brian, and thank you to all the employees that made this car buying experience far and away the best I've ever had. You guys really set the bar high!!! More
