My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
Jon Thompson was very prepared and Had great customer service skills. Jon and Brian Rea took time to ensure that we were happy with our new 2011 Venza. I called Jon my hero ,because he did everything he could to make the diffcult vechile buying process seem very easy.

This is the reason we keep coming back to Elk Grove Toyota because the outstanding employee's at this dealership. I plan to share with all of my family,freinds and facebook world the overall excellent experince we had with Elk Grove Toyota.

We couldn't be more happy with our new 2011 Venza and freindships we had made with Jon and Brian. We just wany to say THANK YOU for everything you have done for us.

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
Several months ago Elk Grove Toyota provided me with the best car buying experience I've ever had. Toyota was offering 0% financing on most of their models including their Camrys which is what I wanted. Unfortunately, I had not given much thought to how popular this sale would be let alone the possibility of any dealer actually running out of cars, but thats exactly what happened. I wanted an XLE and it had to be white, but by the time I was ready to buy none of the dealerships in and around Sacramento had one and the sale was ending the next day. Needless to say I was pretty discouraged until a friend told me to call Martin Brown and see if he had any suggestions. Martin was sympathetic to my situation and with Brian's help they found the exact car i wanted at a dealership in Santa Cruz. They even arranged to have the car brought to Elk Grove that same day so I would not miss out on the 0% financing. Also, despite all they did, how busy they were, and the scarcity of the car, they sold it to me at an incredible price through their Costco program. The whole transaction went smoothly and both men could not have been more friendly or professional. Regardless of where you live, if you are looking for a Toyota do yourself a favor and go to Elk Grove. You won't be disappointed!

My next door neighbor recommended that I should contact the Director of Customer Relations at Elk Grove Toyota, Martin Brown. Martin set me up with Brian Rea in the sales department, where I brought my 2011 Avalon Toyota. Martin made sure that I was known threw out the dealership.
My experience with Martin has been what I consider first class. His professionalism when I visit or call this rates a five star. I drive to Elk Grove Toyota dealership, because it is truly worth the extra drive time. Both my wife and I drive Toyota Avalons. Martin, Brian and Elk Grove Toyota staff have gone far beyond the call of duty. I didn’t like the black mats that came with my new car, so they ordered replacement ones to go with my carpet color. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a new car.

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
We have a long term relationship with Elk Grove Toyota for many reasons, namely the quality brand & their excellent service dept. We routinely have our Highlander & Scion TC serviced there. Contrary to my prior belief that dealership service dept.'s were way over-priced, I had shopped around after our warranties had expired and found that not to be the case - their service pricing was fair. Their customer lounge is top-notch (and very clean). We have found their sales rep.'s to be knowledgable & well-trained, and most of all - not pushy (what we hate more then anything!). Buying our Highlander there over 4 years ago was the best car purchase experience that my wife & I have had in over 30 years of car-buying. We would like for them to carry a broader selection of used vehicles. We tried to buy our daughter a used car there a couple of years ago but the choices were few in our price range.

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
We have purchased two new vehicles and one used vehicles in the past five years from Elk Grove Toyota. Along with our purchases we choose to have our maintenance done at Elk Grove although we live in Folsom which is about 32 miles away. We love working with Brian Rea, he is so helpful and tries to give us the best deal that he can. I can't say for sure but I think he has given us some of his commission to help us get the deal we wanted. Not that we would ever go to any other Toyota dealer after our first purchase experience.

Why would we do this? Because of the staff at Elk Grove Toyota! And we will keep returning because of many things.

For instance I like the fact that we don't get pressured by any of the sales team. I have while waiting for service on one of our vehicles walked around looking at the inventory and never once have I felt like I was being pushed into purchasing a newer vehicle. this is not what my experience has been like at other dealerships. And speaking about getting service done, the service team, all the members, treat me with respect. They actively listen to what I have to say and know exactly what needs to be done.

Financing was very easy and the staff in the Finance department were very helpful and understanding. Everyone worked to get me the best rate available.

The staff have always made me feel like I was their most important customer, we will continue to make the drive to Elk Grove! Sorry Folsom Lake Toyota!

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
We have been driving Toyotas since 1972, starting with a Corolla 1200, then a Corolla 5 speed, a Celeica, a Corolla GTS, Two Cressidas, an Avalon ... all purchased from Dealers in the San Jose area. The sales experience was at the most satisfactory.
Then we purchased a Sienna from Elk Grove Toyota and Mark Fusselman ... what a wonderful change. Mark made us feel that we were special to him and provided us with service beyond anything we had experienced before. With that in mind when we decided to trade the Sienna for a new Venza there was no hesitation in choosing Elk Grove Toyota and Mark for the purchase. We were not disappointed ... Once again Mark responded to our every need with over the top professional service, including helping setup the remote switches for the garage and gate openers. We will certainly not consider any other company when it comes time to make our next choice.
