My Review of Kia Country of Charleston:
Nicest, most comfortable and buyer friendly place I have ever shopped and bought a vehicle. Upfront and kept their word. Said they would beat anyone, and they did. No one acted like a salesman or hustler. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will surely go back when it is time to shop for a vehicle. They wanted to sell a car and proved it by calling back and keeping us informed. Everything was explained in great detail and all questions were answered.

My Review of Kia Country of Charleston:
I hate to walk into a car dealership. That was before Kia Country. I was so impressed with how Sam, Brian, and Brad were all super.Sam Washington was the one who really demonstrated the Sorento to us and went well above and beyond to insure our needs were all satisfied. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Was a very good expierence.I was treated very well, Mone' went beyond what was required for any person. To deliver my car to me was the royal treatment, this because I live a 100 miles away. I will recomend this dealership most of all Mone'.

I gave them a perfect score because of their knowledge of the vehicle I was purchasing, their friendliness, their overall speed, and pretty much their whole performance as a team. It made buying my first car for myself a breeze. I will probably never buy any where else.

My Review of Kia Country of Charleston:
My husband and I did our research online and in person before deciding to purchase a 2011 Kia Optima EX. This would be the first new car for us in about 8 years and we wanted to get it right ~ and within our budget! The basic Kia was outfitted with most of what we required and was within the price point we had chosen. Because this was a special purchase that we hoped to enjoy for many years to come, we wanted a color that we could live with, as well as a great, quiet-riding, fuel-efficient mid-size car. All of our research online was showing a limited number of Optimas in the Satin Metal and/or Bright Silver finish.
We drove to one Kia dealership and felt we were 'on our own' with little option on availability of any, except, two models (both were simply not 'us'). It was mentioned that they could try to find something elsewhere. Hmm!?
So, we went home and placed a call to Kia Country of Charleston; immediately the situation sounded brighter! We set up an appointment with Courtney to come in the next day. When we arrived, we were met by Courtney who introduced us to Jeff Litowitz. After listening to our wants and needs and hearing about the disappointment we had encountered in not being able to find a color we really wanted, Jeff walked us over to the most beautiful Kia Optima EX, loaded with not only our needs ~ but also our WANTS!! Although we'd originally set out to buy a brand new Kia Optima, this little beauty had only 5900 miles, after a 4-month lease, and it was loaded with features that would allow my hubby and I to enjoy our day-to-day travels, as well as make those long drives to visit Larry's mother in Houston an extreme pleasure!! The price was right and after we perused several websites to compare book values, re-sale values, etc., we made our decision to buy "Stardust" (our personal name for that Kia with her leather heated and cooled seats and her panoramic roof glass!). We were preapproved for a "new" car loan with a low interest rate and since we changed our minds and bought a very gently used car, Jeff and Brian (Finance Mgr)helped gather the details for new financing arrangements with a good interest rate that met with our approval. Things went smoothly and quickly. Jeff and everyone at Kia Country were so accommodating. What could have been a stressful situation (decisions, decisions, oh, MY!) was actually easy and a complete PLEASURE, leaving Larry and me two very happy buyers!!
