Brian Sullivan at AutoStar jeep is an excellent customer service rep. He takes initiative, listens to your issue and truly wants to problem solve. He had the required patience to follow through multiple tim service rep. He takes initiative, listens to your issue and truly wants to problem solve. He had the required patience to follow through multiple times with my extended warranty company (a hopeless task) and advised me the best way forward. And he's a nice person, communicates well and always has a positive vibe. I appreciate the professionalism and will always service my jeep there. More

Dropped SUV off at 9AM. Oil change and tire rotation went with no problem I assume. Told my wife to pick up the suv when they call the job is done. Got home at 5:30, no car, Oil change and tire rotation went with no problem I assume. Told my wife to pick up the suv when they call the job is done. Got home at 5:30, no car, no call she said. We rushed to the dealership. 6:05PM SUV parked outside the service doors. Service staff gone. Went inside and met with sales staff. Went to the back, by miracle the service cashier is leaving late and walking out the door. She was kind enough to return behind the counter, find the keys, print the no charge, under warranty papers. Went to the SUV, vehicle unlocked, with our ottoman we picked up from the store that morning on the way to the dealer. $900 price tag, to be in car all night unlocked. More
