Brian Valentine at Circle BMW

This is my third BMW and likely the most efficient purchase process to date with a BMW dealership. After researching on-line @bmwusa for a CPO that offered low mileage, specific must-have options, color, etc., my search led me to Circle BMW. Danny Wong, my Client Advisor, is the 'ultimate' ambassador for the BMW brand! I would also like to give a shout out to Rodney Duran, Finance Manager, for his effort in obtaining a great finance rate and to Brian Valentine, Delivery Coordinator, for his comprehensive overview of the vehicle options. I expect vehicle maintenance and service with Circle BMW will be met with the same efficiency and professionalism.

First off we did a one way rental car and traveled from Pennsylvania to Circle Motorsport in Eatontown, New Jersey that was a 3 1/2 hour drive for my husband and me. So we had high expectations buying a 2010 BMW 528i xDrive , sight unseen, only to rely on photos and descriptions from the salesman John Marchette . John was GREAT to deal with, good communication and he sent additional info like the carfax free of charge. When we got to Circle BMW we were amazed at the size of the dealership ! What a large selection of New and Used BMW's. My husband commented " Now this is a real BMW dealership ! " It was BMW eye candy as far as you could see. We were in awl of the inside of Circle Motorsport, they had a fully restored 1958 BMW Isetta (which my husband would love to own one day)and in addition to the Isetta they had an awesome wallpaper border depicting BMW through the years through out the show room. We were greeted by a friendly face and taken to meet John Marchette (finally a face to put to the voice on the phone) John was just as nice and helpful as he was on the phone and emails.John started the paperwork and got the ball rolling on the process of buying our "new" used BMW.John handed us over to the wonderful and informative Brian Valentine. Brian escorted us outside to see our new baby. Wow I Loved her immediately, she sparkled liked a 2013 instead of 2010 and she was in pristine condition just like John stated on the phone. I insisted that the car be from a non-smoker and no dents or dings and John was totally honest( you know what they say about salesman, not this guy John was straight with us about the condition of the car.) Brian Valentine( now this guy should get employee of the year) he is the most versed guy on ALL gadgets and gizmos on a car! Brian demonstrated and answered all my questions and even set up my bluetooth and radio stations and I didn't even have to ask! Brian didn't rush us either, he gave us all the time we needed to feel comfortable about the car and just how everything worked. Needless to say I never got service like that in all the years I've bought new or used cars. Service like that is just unheard of now a days so you can see why I was so impressed. Next we got to deal with the finance guy Rodney Duran. Rodney got all the paperwork together that we really didn't have to do anything but sign a few papers. Rodney took care of the paperwork to pay the Pennsylvania sales taxes and even notified our insurance company that we had purchased our car! How easy that was! Next we got to meet the General Manager Sal (Salvatore) Gerbino, he came over to talk to us as we took a photo of the Isetta (the car my husband would so love to own)and he wanted to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our purchase and the whole process before we left. Imagine that a General Manager taking time to chat with a customer.Sal even helped us with directions and places to dine before we left Eatontown,NJ. Sal thanks for the GREAT hospitality and your generosity.What a GREAT group of people! We already know where were buying our next BMW.Thanks everyone for an easy and enjoyable car buying experience. The group did a great job helping me out and the process was incredibly smooth. I appreciate all the attention given by Brian, Rodney and Danny in bringing additional value through their care and assistance. Great employees further reinforce the strength of the brand.

I will certainly consider being a repeat purchaser at Circle BWM based on my experiences with this seasoned team.

Where do I begin! Circle BMW is the best dealership I have EVER dealt with. CHASTIN is AMAZING!! He was very straightforward, DID NOT, AND I REPEAT DID NOT try to fast talk me. You know the saying that a lady should never go into a dealership alone. Well I'm not afraid to do anything alone and was ready for the challenge but Chastin was GREAT! He was pleasant, respectful, put effort into making my sale go smoothly. I felt comfortable from the time I spoke with him on the phone. I had spoken to 5 different BMW sales people located in Brooklyn, Queens and various parts of Jersey and none of them enthused me to want to do business with them. When I first saw this dealership online, I said "I'm not driving all the way to Eatontown, NJ". Then I saw the vehicle of choice, with the color and interior I wanted! I called just to see what kind of vibe I would receive with a sales person and God gave me Chastin!!!!

When I spoke to Chastin, I could tell that he had experience, loved his job and his aim was to make my experience memorable. He definitely did! So there I was driving all the way to Eatontown, NJ to see this vehicle! I am so happy that I was blessed to make the choice of this dealership. Chastin ensured that all of my requests were met with the vehicle of my choice with no hesitation! He answered any inquiries I had timely. I cannot express enough how pleased I am with Chastin and my experience at Circle BMW.

All of the staff at Circle BMW are friendly. When you walk in there is a pleasant receptionist sitting there, smiling which is very important to me. I felt welcomed from the minute I walked in. All staff members speak and acknowledge you when they walk by you with a "Hello" and a smile. Not a phony acknowledgement, but they are genuine. I spoke with Vito in Service, who was very polite and helpful and let me not forget Brian, who gave me an overview and training session of my vehicle. This guy is extremely knowledgeable. He is patient as well because believe me, I had a trillion questions. Coming from a Nissan Maxima to a BMW is a HUGE step!

Also, the gentleman who comes out and break down your financing was good. I don't want to give him the wrong name but I think he's the only guy who handles this so you will know him when you meet him :-). He ensured that I received the best possible rate and explained everything to me. Robert Alfonso, the General Sales Manager was also great and assisted in any way he could. On top of that, he has a sense of humor, not at all uptight like most people with a high position and title are, if you know what I mean. :-)

I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I have dealt with horrible sales people, people who could care less about pleasing the customer and personally, I have no tolerance for that. My mind was at ease dealing with Circle BMW. Everything fell into place so smoothly and timely with Chastin. It happened so quickly that I didn't know how to react to my purchase at first. I was just surprised.


If you're searching for a BMW, find your way to Circle BMW. I won't put other BMW dealerships which I encountered on blast by mentioning their names. I'll be polite, just take my word for it. Circle BMW was well worth the drive and my time.

Jonathan was a great in all aspects of the sale. It was a great experience, but even more so because I had Jonathan to help me through the whole process! He is great at what he does and didn't leave out a thing. Also Brian was great at explaining all the cars features and went about and beyond.

Purchased our first BMW in June and went back a month later to purchase our second. Need I say more. Alan, Michael and Brian provided exceptional service and each one takes the time to go over every detail until you are comfortable. Would not go anywhere else.

Having purchased many cars in my lifetime I do not appreciate a hard sell or high pressure salesmen.

Alan Tannenhaus was professional, courteous, and above all very easy to work with. Additionally on the day I picked up my vehicle everything was ready as promised, and Brian Valentine gave my wife and I an extremely thorough overview of the vehicle and its operation systems (note – Brian would make a great sales person).

This will not be my last purchase at Circle BMW.

Dennis Adams was fantastic! I previously owned Mercedes and Lexus vehicles, and had thought I was treated great. That was until Dennis Adams worked with me. He brought service and professionism to a whole other level! He is extremely knowledgable, and made us feel so comfortable. Dennis made the whole process so very easy. I had really done my howmework in shopping for a great price, and this is the place. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Mike Castoria and Brian Valentine really got us pumped up about the car. You can really tell that they love what they do, which is why they so it so well.

We can't imagine anyone not feeling "special" when entering Circle BMW's beautiful showroom. We were cordially greeted by a pleasant receptionist who immediately put us in the care of our very personable, knowledgeable, and professional Sales Advisor, Ms Carolyn Noce. Her unrushed, hasslefree guidance enabled us to select the perfect BMW to meet our needs, price,...and desires! Mr. Brian Valentine, our Delivery Specialist, was patient and supportive while effortlessly showing us how to operate the many wonderful features our new BMW possesses. This is our second BMW from Circle...and we'll never shop elsewhere. In fact, it is the reason we decided on a BMW rather than another luxury car. This is a great dealership! The Service Department, with its dedicated and professional technicians, is clearly without equal. (We've dealt with many throughout many years, so we DO see the difference.) The management of Circle BMW, (most surely, Mr. Tom DeFelice, President) is clearly commited toward excellence in all Departments. BRAVO!
