When I give Lithia a 5 star review it is only for the service department. They go above and beyond to keep the customer informed and assured. Second time in for the same noise they've replaced parts of two different ends of my vehicle it's still making the same noise when it accelerates they want to get it back in for a third time so they can try of two different ends of my vehicle it's still making the same noise when it accelerates they want to get it back in for a third time so they can try and figure out the problem I'm pretty sure it's the transmission and they're trying to change anything and everything that's cheap cuz it's under warranty recommend don't deal with lithia you definitely can't trust their service department More

They do a great job, BUT when I picked up my jeep they said I need to get my tires rotated. I wish they would have called me and asked if they could rotate my tires while doing an oil change. Now I have t said I need to get my tires rotated. I wish they would have called me and asked if they could rotate my tires while doing an oil change. Now I have to make another appointment to rotate the tires. This would be a great benefit for the working person. More
