Made an appointment for an item that had repeated from when it was computer reviewed three weeks in advance. When I arrive i was told they could do regular service, but the collision sensor had to be orde when it was computer reviewed three weeks in advance. When I arrive i was told they could do regular service, but the collision sensor had to be ordered. Knew I was coming for that. The work took two days when i brought it back a week later. I picked it up in back yard after shop was closed and they told me it was complete. That night and the next day i had lost my Onstar and GPS system. Dave Adsit called me right back after I made a complaint to front office. David made a fast appointment and apologized for his department letting the vehicle out without ensuring everything was in working order. The correction of repairs was done within a few hours. David gave me a new vehicle to use until my truck issue was corrected. good dealership they live up to and correct any mistakes they may make. Normally I have no issues and repairs/service are made within the time period they state. More
