I just moved to Birmingham 2 months ago and started having car issues. I called the service center and Britney Rawls was so helpful. She got me right in. The service center was awesome as were all t having car issues. I called the service center and Britney Rawls was so helpful. She got me right in. The service center was awesome as were all the people working in there. They worked with my extended warranty company and ensured they addressed all my issues. Additionally, they worked with me to talk me through the maintanence that was needed on my vehicle- even walked me through the Valvoline program (thank you Nate). I cannot say enough good things about the service department and the customer service as a whole. Britney Rawls went above and beyond and was amazing! She is one of the best employees I have ever engaged with at a dealership EVER. I will use Hendrick in the future and will buy my next car from there just because of the service department!!!! More
