I have bought 3 vehicles now from this dealership and each experience is better than the last. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Kaitlynn Grubb, Brooke Banks, and James Miller were all incred each experience is better than the last. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I have always had a great experience with AutoStar of Waynesville. This time I went in to trade my Spark for something bigger. I walked out driving a 2019 Chevy Colorado in which I am very happy with. I Waynesville. This time I went in to trade my Spark for something bigger. I walked out driving a 2019 Chevy Colorado in which I am very happy with. I told Kelsey which features I was looking for and she pointed me in the right direction. Ian was very helpful as well, he got my car financed with affordable payments. Dan did a wonderful job finalizing everything for me. I would highly recommend this dealership! Ron and all the other employees that we met were wonderful and very helpful. I call the dealer and spoke with Paul(the internet guy) and we made a deal over the phone. We drove almost 80 miles and when we got there we were greeted by Ron and from there one he took great care of us. He was very knowledgeable about the Colorado. I believe this is the first time that we bought a new truck and the salesperson actually came out with us and went through all the features. We had a most excellent experience at the dealership. More

Honestly when I went to the dealership I thought it would be like others. But I was wrong the service was fantastic and they went above and beyond to really help you out.
