We were in and out with a new car in no time at all. The trade-in value I received was more than fair. With good, but limited credit, I was concerned with financing my new 4Runner, but as with every other experience at Family Toyota, they were more than accommodating. I look forward to interacting with everyone again during service appointments and will definitely continue to buy cars from this dealership, as well as recommend it to friends, family, and co-workers. More

first time buyer and graduate From the time I pulled into the parking lot at Family Toyota of Burleson, I was greeted and welcomed by the friendly staff, specifically Bruce Magalla From the time I pulled into the parking lot at Family Toyota of Burleson, I was greeted and welcomed by the friendly staff, specifically Bruce Magallan. I'd never shopped anywhere else before, but I knew what I wanted, and Bruce made it happen as soon as possible while making sure to inform me of all the bells and whistles. I just graduated from college and have a job, and needed a good car ASAP, wanted a reliable Toyota, and Bruce and Mark from finance made it happen as soon as possible and explained everything so well. I'll never visit another dealership if I can help it. Love the people here and the facilities. Great job, guys! More

I was so happy that I bought 2 vehicles from Family Toyota.  I got to meet all the staff, including the owner,  Skip, who was very down to earth and welcoming.  I worked with Vu, worked one deal and he was so easy to work with,  got me exactly what I needed.  My other deal was with Manny, who was equally friendly and gave me another great deal.  Christina Mickens is who I met in the end and she was friendly and welcoming.  Derrick Mickens was very accommodating every time I've come in.  I met all the mechanic staff and they were friendly. Wonderful experience! More
