I ended up with a brand new vehicle, plus extended warranty, plus some other negotiated perks (more than one perk), plus he promised no additional hidden costs, and he came through exactly as promised. Amazing experience! My bf and I walked into City Ford after dealing with another Ford dealership out of town and not being satisfied. We told Bruno what we must have and My bf and I walked into City Ford after dealing with another Ford dealership out of town and not being satisfied. We told Bruno what we must have and we lucked out what we wanted. Within a half an hour we got the approval and drove it out of there not even 2 hours later :). It was a great experience and I'm sure we will be back again in 5 years! More

All around awful!! Never again Everything from start to finish with my purchase was all wrong! Agreed to a price Apr 19, went through two salesman(first one was fired), agreed to pricing than when it came to signing pricing was higher(weird typical smoking mirrors with dealerships and out of town buyers) in 10 days and finally made the arrangements to pick up my truck May 23. Once arrived I figured a few hours and I’d be gone....wrong ended up waiting all day for them to put on rims/tires/alignment/ and cleaning. After all that still had to deal with pay out details and money owing until June 19! All to save a few dollars won’t make that mistake again and will not ever purchase nor recommend to anyone. More

New Truck Purchase When I walked into the dealership I was introduced to Ryan the Sales Manager and Bruno , They were both very Friendly , Bruno asked what I wanted and When I walked into the dealership I was introduced to Ryan the Sales Manager and Bruno , They were both very Friendly , Bruno asked what I wanted and then took me for a walk to look at a few colors and different options and styles, I found the the truck I fell in love with , and was so excited when they arrived at a payment I could afford, At no point did I ever feel pressured, the whole experience was great and had fun , Bruno has a great personality, I have purchased new truck before from other dealers , but once the paper work was signed, I did not get the sense of importance , But with City Ford , Every Request I have asked for was responded to in the same manner they did when I first walked in the door and continue to make me feel important to them , If you are looking for a new vehicle I would recommend Bruno or Ryan, I will be back to deal with them More
