AWFUL COULD NOT GET ANYONE TO CALL BACK NEEDED A SIMPLE RESET ON AN ABS MODULE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST IN ATLANTA. John was great and very knowledgeable. Mandela was kind and ensured my paperwork was processed timely. We need more Finance Managers in the evening at the end of the month. I had over an hour wait and everything was done prior to 8. I was at the dealership almost 10 PM! I came in at 7 PM. I had everything on my end and even gave docs to my sales rep in advance. This would be the only area of improvement I see. More
