This service department updated a software system on my car without the needed replacement parts and sent me on my way. Two days later My check engine light comes on and then my car went into limp mode 60 car without the needed replacement parts and sent me on my way. Two days later My check engine light comes on and then my car went into limp mode 60 miles from home! I brought it back and they said they would fix it with the new parts. Instead they replaced the recall part and cleared the codes!! They cleared codes to get my car back out the door!! Now 1 day later my check engine light is back on. I had ZERO issues until bringing it in for a recall update. More

AWFUL COULD NOT GET ANYONE TO CALL BACK NEEDED A SIMPLE RESET ON AN ABS MODULE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST IN ATLANTA.
