Very disappointed. I live in sumter and i was told I would be able to use the extra care plan at the dealership service center in Sumter. When I went to get serviced at I live in sumter and i was told I would be able to use the extra care plan at the dealership service center in Sumter. When I went to get serviced at the Sumter dealership they refused to accept the extra care plan and I was forced to drive an hour and 45 minutes to the Charleston dealership and 2 and a half hours back due to traffic. More

Bryan was very pleasant, thorough and kept me notified as needed. I had 2 service issues. I did not receive the video that the serviceman indicated that he had sent in either email or text. Bryan had to as needed. I had 2 service issues. I did not receive the video that the serviceman indicated that he had sent in either email or text. Bryan had to ask twice if the tire issue had been resolved. And $289 to replace a brake light? Seriously? More
