When I buy a vehicle, I prefer a straightforward process: handle everything virtually, show up to pick up the car, and have the vehicle and financials match exactly what was discussed. I initially reached out to Bryan and let him know which vehicle I wanted, provided details on my trade-in, and explained that I intended to make a purchase within 36 hours. Since it was during the work week, I was limited to communicating by text, and Bryan was incredibly responsive, efficient, and easy to work with throughout the process. When it came time to finalize financing, CJ was able to get me into the vehicle I wanted with the payment I was looking for. The entire process was transparent and hassle-free. When I arrived at the dealership, everything was exactly as promised. There were no surprises, no pressure tactics, and no wasted time. I was in and out quickly, and both Bryan and CJ took the time to answer my many questions about transitioning from a gas-powered vehicle to an EV.
