My husband Lee and I have purchased at least seven new Toyota's from Tom Pappas. I have never liked the back and forth between sales and my husband, so knowing that, I just sit back and try to ignore that Toyota's from Tom Pappas. I have never liked the back and forth between sales and my husband, so knowing that, I just sit back and try to ignore that whole procedure. Because Toyota's require very little maintainence, we usually took them to a local mechanic for service. Shortly after I had new tires put on my 2009 Camry, I began to sense that this mechanic was not honest. In November I took the Camry into Pappas because they were offering a special. I was very pleased with their work and the fact that Bryan took time to listen to my frustrations. After that Lee brought his FJ Cruiser in for service and was also very pleased that Pappas replaced some items that the other mechanic never mentioned. The Camry was a good car but stepping into it after I had a Highlander was not a good idea. Because the Camry sets lower, I was constantly running over curbs and took out the side of a women's vehicle while turning into a parking space. I had met and talked with Jessica Vargas at one point and was most impressed with how knowledgeable she was about the Toyota product. I had decided that she was who I wanted to work with if I bought another Highlander. Then I spotted the RAV4 and......... Last week we picked up our new 2011 RAV4 from Jessica. She is outstanding, along with Chrissie and Eric, the Delivery Specialists, who went through every detail on the RAV4. What a great idea these Delivery Specialists are! The whole purchase process was outstanding. More
