I brought my blue Corvette in the dealership for alignment And they broke the side boards on both sides . We drove over 500 miles to pick up a car, but decided to back out once the dealership decided to charge a 5% convenience fee for using a card. Those not in the financial sector should know that a 5% fee is well over what they are getting charged to process card payments. For us, the 5% was a steep hit considering what we were getting for our trade in, but the dealership would recoup its costs when the vehicle sold. As the signs led up to red flags at this dealership, we didn't completely waste a trip, we were able to find a better vehicle at a better price and no extra charge for using a card as payment in Austin. Check out the views in Lampasas, not the dealerships. More
