This dealership deserves five stars all around. We had a most positive experience from the first moment we met Max Martin-Simmons. He was not high pressure but fully knowledgeable and kind. He made an immediate positive impression with my husband, my daughter, and myself that remained for the several days elapsing from the beginning to the final sale. The gentleman who processed the sale, Chris DaCosta, could not have been more professional and sensitive, and at the same time, very funny. This was more than the thrill of buying a new car, exciting as our Subaru Crosstrek is, but really discovering a dependable, honest dealership that we will highly recommend going forward. More

Always providing impeccable customer service. Pat & Everton are friendly & professional. Will explain each repair & answer any questions. Loaners are available which is such a plus but service is so fast & efficient! Great dealership-top service department. I generally detest car shopping & maintenance but I can’t recommend Copeland enough. Always a hassle-free, pleasurable experience. 10 stars if I could, Thank you! More
