LiarWorst experience in my life. And I'm 71.A deal was Liar Worst experience in my life. And I'm 71. A deal was done in 2019 that Jeremy liked only to not like when corvette was delivered in 2021. He wo Liar Worst experience in my life. And I'm 71. A deal was done in 2019 that Jeremy liked only to not like when corvette was delivered in 2021. He would not honor. He admitted that he understood I was upset with $1500 additional cost due to price increase. Problem is he made a price lock on order guarantying no increase. Giving me an option to take it or leave it. I was told of the time of car arrival at 2:30 pm Saturday. I hired a company to drive down and haul the car (1hr 45 min each way) only to move the goal post to 4:30, then 5:30, then finally 6:30 NO CAR. We left with no car and a cost of $500. One would think they would get in touch with the trucking company dispatch to get an accurate ETA. But no. Just left us sitting around until we finally realized it was not coming. We decided to leave. Bryan promised it would be ready first thing Monday.. It showed up after 12:00. This time I was unwilling to pay another $500 to have it shipped to a ceramic coating shop. I had to drive it. I asked not to wash it to avoid any possible damage to paint. I arrived to see the corvette sitting there with water and spots all over it. Bryan said they only rinsed the pollen off of it. Unbelievable had to ask him to wipe it dry to avoid any additional water spots. We asked few questions about how to drive car off. then we were told if we needed anything else, come inside and ask. We had to go inside 2 more times. He made us feal, here are the keys and please leave. And we did. Keep in mind that throughout the entire 1 1/2 year period, I was only to talk to Jeremy. No one else could help me. Kiel was mostly unresponsive to my calls and emails. And guess what.......He was no where to be found thru the delivery process. Got the car to shop for ceramic coating only to find roof leaks and the paint has sooo much orange peel that paint correction has to be done before coating. A terrible experience for a $100k car. Words can't describe how pissed I am. Now I have to find anyone at GM that can help me with paint correction and leaking roof. Just say NO to this dealership. More

Sort your reviews by lowest rating and you'll note this dealer has a rich history of hidden costs, bait and switching and false advertising. Probably worthy of a legal inquiry... I Was attempting to purchase a new Z06 Corvette. I haggled initially with the salesman, I believe his name was Rod. I got their best price via a purchase agreement they sent me that same day. This agreement had my trade in information and the out the door price on the bottom like any other. The price wasn't right at the time.... Fast forward a few days then Mr. Sales Manager Brian Speas emails me, just following up I presume... We reconnect on the deal and I send him the same purchase agreement they sent me a few days ago. We haggle a bit and he reduces the out the door price 3500 dollars. We made a deal...Great, I thought... I drive from Orlando ready to do business only to find that Mr. Speas wanted to play games.... Despite the purchase agreement noting they had my trade information and his inquiry regarding if I would be transferring the tag from my trade via our emails, he has the audacity to pretend he'd not known about the trade when I arrived and as such could not honor our agreement. Then when he "sorted" himself out he said the best he could do was $93k out the door, which was $4k more than I was quoted originally. Really? Now you're not even honoring the original purchase agreement you gave me in writing? Nevermind the actual deal we made for $3500 less... The nerve of this guy, i really had to try and compose myself and not get irate... I was that enraged at his dishonesty and that he'd so carelessly waste 6 hours of my time and turn what should have been one of the best days of my life into an utter disappointment. My guess is, he withdrew from the deal after we agreed to the price and he ran credit - sure to find I qualified above what we agreed. Then, conveniently he just decided to forget about the trade. Or, he got a better offer last minutem... You know what's even crazier... the list price of this car was about $76k, and we agreed to $86k, remember? So if the trade in isn't factored in here, that's $10k in taxes and fees alone? Right... So at best he was taking me for a ride on the price of the car, at worst, and this is my belief, he's a fraud, liar and a cheat. He is most deserving of the terrible reputation salesmen have, and furthermore it is because of individuals like Mr Speas that car salesmen have the reputation that they have in the first place. My suggestion, don't shop here and at the very least don't trust anything they say - these people won't even honor what they put in wiriting! More
