Awesome team , repaired my Tahoe I have no issues at all. Annalise was the best advisor I’ve seen, she was awesome from start to finish and the mechanic that performed the work did amazing work. Can’t make an appointment and simple work and job wasn’t completed. Let just say I was very disappointed in the service I got last week. I have bought a few cars from this dealership over the years and thought highly of this group up until now! I recently bought a new 2024 s last week. I have bought a few cars from this dealership over the years and thought highly of this group up until now! I recently bought a new 2024 stingray corvette in which was from another dealership but had a couple of recalls come in so I decided to make arrangements to get them corrected at this dealership! Politely call to setup an appointment the service representative said that the appointment wasn’t needed just bring it by and the work would be done in 2-4hrs! I agreed to bring it in and then I asked are you sure about the 4 hr service because I don’t live in Memphis and I am driving 1.5 hrs to get this work done service rep again confirm the 4 hr service. So I take a vacation day from my job drop my car off bright and early last Friday morning in which was 8am. Arranged for a ride to pick me up. Returned 6 hrs later to pick my car up only 1 service rep waiting on customers and I’m standing in line waiting while 2 other reps standing at another work station laughing and talking as if I don’t exist! Finally one of the reps see the frustration in my face and finally walks over to help so I give my name and told him I was there to pick up my car! Now he begins scrambling around looking for my paperwork and keys but has no luck. He then walks away and come back 5 mins later and says your car is not ready and want be ready until end of day! Of course I get very upset and ask what happen to the 4 hrs time frame and I also notice my car is still in the same spot as it was when I left that morning! Not to mention that i Uber around Memphis for 6 hrs that cost me a 100 bucks for 6 hrs and come back and my car had not been touched! So I asked for my keys and left the dealership with nothing done after wasting a days vacation and 100 dollars on Ubers and no apology no explanation on why my car hasn’t been worked on pretty much just a screw you type attitude!!!! I mean I spent a 100k on a car that needs some recall service that has nothing to do with anything I’ve done to the car and I get treated this way by a dealership I wanted to call the corporate office and report this type of behavior but I just decided to move and make sure my family and friends don’t do business there anymore . If it wasn’t for people like me buying these cars those guys in that service department is not needed! I had also heard from other people that they have had bad experiences with those guys as well but I gave them the benefit of a doubt but those other customers on social media was correct! So now I got to take another vacation day and schedule to have the service done at another dealership!!!!! More
