This includes all aspects of the dealership, i.e., service, parts, sales, financing and management. Pretty amazing right? Well, it is true. As a women, the entire process can be intimidating, but the Bommarito team made the "dreaded" experience a good one! Jessica McCann is naturally honest, very helpful, knowledgeable and truly enjoyable to work with. She treated me as a valued customer from the moment she met me. Jessica McCann was super supportive and very positive. She was prepared and had all the paperwork completed. She used the internet and gave us an advanced quote, which was fair and was the impetus for us She was prepared and had all the paperwork completed. She used the internet and gave us an advanced quote, which was fair and was the impetus for us to come to this particular dealership from our home about 40 minutes away. We hit a snag in that our trade in was not mechanically sound which was news to us. The dealership, Bud Coleman in particular, still offered a competitive trade in value. Greg Frasca, the Finance Manager, was very positive and friendly and provided us some good comparisons in which to make decisions. Overall the entire transaction was very positive. We left with a very good impression of Ms McCann and Mr. Coleman and Frasca. Bottom Line is that we will definitely refer our friends to this dealership team and, when we need another vehicle, we will look to this locale and these people first. Thank you. More

David Smith impressed us at the St. Louis Auto Show in January with the way he answered our questions and showed us the 2013 Altima features. After checking 3 other sedan brands and 2 other Nissan dealer January with the way he answered our questions and showed us the 2013 Altima features. After checking 3 other sedan brands and 2 other Nissan dealerships, and after positive recommendations about Bommarito from family and friends, and favorable online reviews, we went back to buy from David. He was professional and respectful and worked with Bud, the sales manager, to get the color car we wanted at a fair price. We appreciate his good service and that of Kyle, the finance manager. We look forward to that same level of professionalism and service from others we met: Jeff, the service manager, Lou in parts and Ian, our service advisor. Bommarito Nissan is large enough to be #1 in Missouri and small enough to really be customer friendly. Truly a pleasant experience and one we’d recommend to others. Ask for David! More
