Came in to see a Tesla Model 3 that they had advertised. It was the best priced one in the state. I purchased it and while waiting to finalize, my wife was viewing the inventory and we were amazed at how th It was the best priced one in the state. When we arrived, the car was pulled up in the front and ready for me to test drive. The car was very clean and in excellent condition. Its always reassuring to purchase a vehicle from a reputable dealer that safety inspects each of their units and makes sure they are in top shape before offering for sale. NOT GOOD. Go somewhere else. I called beforehand to confirm the Tesla Model 3 was available, and the call center for this dealership said yes. It will be wa Go somewhere else. I called beforehand to confirm the Tesla Model 3 was available, and the call center for this dealership said yes. It will be waiting for me at the front when I get there. However, when I showed up, the car was nowhere to be found, leaving me to sit for over 30 minutes just waiting for an update. Then, I was told that the car was broken and sent to auction, After I drove 2 hours to get there, and after I sat for over a half a hour just waiting for an update on the car. After this car was shown to be missing, the car salesman tried to upsell me into a more expensive one. However, after driving the "upselled" vehicle, it was badly damaged, alignment dangerously off, and all electronics not working. Once again, a complete waste of my heard earned time off. After then realizing that there was not another car to upsell me into, I was left without any kind of apology for restitution for my time. I represent many different dealerships in the state of Florida, therefore I did some research into this dealership and discovered that some used cars are not in "clean" condition, such as a Lexus IS200t that has "structural damage" on the carfax, which is not mentioned anywhere on the listing. I've only seen two broken cars they are trying to sell, but that's two too many. This, leads me to believe that the pre-owned cars they are selling are not up to standards of reliability. Therefore, I recommend NOT to purchase a used vehicle at this dealership. Go somewhere else where they value your time and money. More

BUYER BEWARE! Watch out for all the fees not shown in their advertised prices. This is my second experience buying , actually trying to buy a car from Napelton. Today, my son and I went to Napleton Acu their advertised prices. This is my second experience buying , actually trying to buy a car from Napelton. Today, my son and I went to Napleton Acura after seeing a car on line. Based on my prior experience, we asked what are the hidden fees above the advertised price. We were told, “there’s no hidden fees but on average there are $3,000 to $4,000 added options such as ceramic coatings or VIP service that is above the advertised price on line”. We almost walked out immediately but the sales guy and manger said let’s see what you are looking at and see if these options are on that car. It took 45 minutes to even check if they had any RDX models in sock. They said they sell so fast we can’t keep up and our system doesn’t update when a car is sold. WELL, after the 45 min wait they said that they had 1 RDX in stock and yes it had the $3,000 added options that were NOT listed on the on line price. WE LEFT IMMEDIATELY and WILL NEVER EVEN CONSIDER a car from ANY NAPLETON dealership. Two separate similar rips off ARE enough. And to top it off, a lady overheard our conversation and asked about the extras . She said she was just told her car price was $10,000 MORE then she agreed to yesterday and had been waiting for 30 min. to try to talk to a manager. MY ADVISE, IF YOU SEE A PRICE ON LINE CALL AND ASK WHAT OTHER UNPUBLISHED EXPENSES ARE THERE BEFORE WASTING YOUR TIME. More
