Mr. Burly assisted me on Sunday. I can say this was the absolute best most professional car buying experience I've had in a while. I called to buy a 2017 Porsche 911 for $75k. After running my credit and then multiple days of them promising they will call me back with the deal, usually promising to call back within an hour, I sti running my credit and then multiple days of them promising they will call me back with the deal, usually promising to call back within an hour, I still haven't gotten one call from them. Not even a call to say if the deal work. I have called and called, and been promised a call back over and over. I even got put on hold when I called at 7:55pm, for 5 minutes then I was hung up on and could not call back because they knew their phones shut off at 8pm. They also continuously would tell me that it's too busy in the store to talk with me. I tried again this morning and TWICE Inwas told ainwas being sent over to a manager waiting to talk. Both times i was hung up on or got a voice-mail. Too busy to talk with someone trying to spend 75k? Unbelievable that ANY business would treat a customer this way. If I could leave zero stars I would. Stay away. More
