I love this dealership. I drive right past a Chrysler dealership in Mesa to go to Earnhardt. On my recent visit I was advised I would have to use a loner because the work w I drive right past a Chrysler dealership in Mesa to go to Earnhardt. On my recent visit I was advised I would have to use a loner because the work would take a few hours. I got to the dealership 20 minutes before opening but I was greeted by a very, very nice young man. At 7am Burt Johnson promptly greeted me and told me he would try to expedite my service and that I wouldn't need a loaner. He showed me to their very comfortable customer lounge with much appreciated coffee and donuts. Burt checked with me several times to alert me to their progress and I was amazed when he came back to tell me my vehicle was ready. My half day wait was a short one hour and 15 minutes. The competition should be very worried. Thank you Burt and fellow employees. More

Burt was very kind and courteous. I had a baby with me and he didn’t rush me to leave and get in my car. He even offered to get me a water! How sweet! I wish there were appointment slots since waiting for an oil change with a baby can be dicey, but understand that people might not show up at their scheduled time. I set up a text for next for the previous day but was never contacted. Despite that I had a smooth oil change. The waiting area is nice. The restroom was clean. The coffee/tea and water offered was a nice option, too. More

Brought my Jeep in for oil change. Greeted promptly. Was assigned to Burt who was super courteous. Was updated as work was done. Was very quick and car was waiting right outside for me Greeted promptly. Was assigned to Burt who was super courteous. Was updated as work was done.
