I was very impressed with Butch, I didn't feel pressured or that he was stringing me along on my deal. They gave me a fair deal on my trade in which was a bit more than other dealers, I was in and out witho or that he was stringing me along on my deal. They gave me a fair deal on my trade in which was a bit more than other dealers, I was in and out without alot of hassle. I also had an amazing experience with the financial person I talked loans with, Addriene( I hope i spelled that right, she's from Michigan so totally got my Tim Taylor grunt while signing my paperwork). Overall a great experience so much so I'm thinking of taking my mother there to find her a car. More

It was a great experience dealing with Butch. He took his time with us and made the transaction easy and simple. But the after market department hasn’t been so great. Have the vehicle for 2 weeks and was suppose to have my kicker ordered and installed. But called after waiting to hear they didn’t even order it yet and now have to wait another week for it to get in. Terrible. More

Butch is awesome! He is a true asset to Henry Brown GMC. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and he took the time for us to find exactly what we wanted. We were looking at a Yukon, but decided that the Acadia Denali would be a better fit for us. Butch delivered our car to our home and spent a great deal of time going over all of the fine details. I would highly recommend Butch to anyone wanting to buy a car. He was not pushy and made buying a car fun! More
