The Jeep I got ended up being bought back by the dealership due to there being undisclosed bodywork and paintwork. I was told that once the clear title arrived at the dealership, they would either o dealership due to there being undisclosed bodywork and paintwork. I was told that once the clear title arrived at the dealership, they would either overnight the check or call me for pick up. They did neither. It was only after constant pestering that I learned they had mailed the check with what I assume is standard mail service, and I wasn't contacted either way. Communication has been poor ever since they got the vehicle back, they already sold the Jeep, and I don't have any money to show for it. The VIN number is 1C4RJFCT0KC796702. More

OVERALL I WOULD RATE THIS DEALER A ZERO IF I COULD. I CAME IN TO TEST DRIVE A VEHICLE THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN TEST DRIVING BEFORE I ORDERED. I WAS GOING TO HAVE ONE ORDERED AND THEY COULD NOT EVEN COMP CAME IN TO TEST DRIVE A VEHICLE THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN TEST DRIVING BEFORE I ORDERED. I WAS GOING TO HAVE ONE ORDERED AND THEY COULD NOT EVEN COMPETE TO MY LOCAL PRICING FROM ANOTHER DEALER. WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO TEST DRIVE A INSTOCK VEHICLE. I CALLED IN THE MORNING TALKED TO HER ON THE PHONE AND EXPLAINED THAT THERE WAS NO OTHER TRUCKS ON LOTS AND THEY KNEW THAT AND I WOULD LIKE TO COME DRIVE IT SHE SAID NOT A PROBLEM. I DROVE 2 HOURS TO COME SEE THE TRUCK AND SHE AND THE SALES MANAGER WOULDNT LET ME DRIVE IT. I WASTED GAS MONEY, TIME AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A BIG NO NO. I TOLD THEM I WOULD LET ALL MY MILITARY FRIENDS KNOW AND WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE EVER. IF YOU BUY A VEHICLE HERE BE PREPAIRED TO BE OVERCHARGED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT DOES NOT EXSIST. IF YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO ONLY SO THEY CAN GET YOU IN THE DOOR THIS IS THE DEALER FOR YOU. I RECCOMEND LOOKING ELSEWHERE. NOTHING BUT POSITIVE EXPERIENCES AT THE DEALER I ORDERED FROM. GOOD LUCK AND BUYERS BEWARE. THIS DEALER IS A SHADDY DEALER WHO GIVES THE DEARLERSHIP COMMUNITY A BAD NAME. HOPE THIS REVIEW HELPS AND IF THEY TAKE IT DOWN ITS BECAUSE THEY KNOW ITS THE TRUTH!!!!!!!
