Our Service Advisor was Christian Magana. Very professional and polite, Five stars to him. Excellent service. Our complaint is for the Service Advisor, Colby Shafer. He is the reason of having on professional and polite, Five stars to him. Excellent service. Our complaint is for the Service Advisor, Colby Shafer. He is the reason of having one star rating. This guy wasn't wearing his mask on or wasn't using it correctly . I visited the service department on Dec. 22/2020 around 1 pm in order to drop our Sprinter 2500. Also, the next day around 1pm for picking up our van. Both days, this selfish and inconsiderate guy went around breathing on everything. With no empathy at all. Everybody in the Service Department was wearing masks. This guy didn't care. To the owner and the Service Manager of Mercedes-Benz of Long Beach: .... Having freedom and rights doesn't means put people at risk !!! You need to follow the protocols and guidelines if you want to remain open. Covid-19 is killing thousands of people. We all have to do our part, otherwise stay at home. If you need more information , I will glad to pass it to you. Thanks for your good service. More

Service I will say this the person that was helping me with getting me loaner was awesome.
