SALES TACTICS WHEN PURCHASING A NEW VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BEWARE. During the sale of a new vehicle they will offer you a tire warranty, you better take it. WHEN PURCHASING A NEW VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BEWARE. During the sale of a new vehicle they will offer you a tire warranty, you better take it. They sell you this because they FULLY KNOWING the tires that come with your vehicle will only last for about 20K. OUR VEHICLE HAD A TIRE EXPLODE ON A EXPRESSWAY. My son was in the back seat of the vehicle. They showed no remorse and simply stated "without the tire there is no way we can see who is at fault for the tire exploding." Did they really expect my son who is autistic and his mom to run out on the expressway to get the tire that just exploded on the expressway." Gentlemen and I use this term loosely you are either inhuman, unrealistic or plain ol DUMB. i personally will be writing the Better Business Bureau of this matter, The Honda Corporation and take this issue to social media to explain about your DIRTY SALE TACTICS. Good thing I manage in the retail industry to get the WORD OUT about you guys. Buy the way we did call me after this situation occurred, the individual over the phone stated the tire was good up tp 40K. The vehicle is a 2015 CRV with 26K miles on it, purchased new with cash. But when we got there they had no memory of stating that to me personally over the phone. More

The Best Car Dealership I have been buying and maintaining my Hondas since 2000. During this time, I have purchased four cars form them. My most recent purchase was a 2016 I have been buying and maintaining my Hondas since 2000. During this time, I have purchased four cars form them. My most recent purchase was a 2016 Pilot. Justin Manning was the sales Consultant. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. He met all of my expectations, and I can be a little demanding. It was a pleasant experience from selecting the model, price, all the way to delivery. Kain Schenk, the Financial Manger, was very helpful. He helped with finance options, and found a great rate for me. He was very knowledgeable on all the maintenance options that are available, and helped me choice the right ones for me. AutoPark Honda's Service Department is second to none. They have maintained all of our family's Hondas for the past 16 years. "CJ" is our Service Manager. I have found CJ to be extremely honest, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The service that he provides us is exceptional. For me and my family, a trip to AutoPark Honda is like visiting friends. More

Jae Kim is the Best This was my second purchase of a Honda Accord Touring in the last 2 years. I had a 2013 and then came in and purchased a 2015 Honda Accord Touring. Jae Kim is a master at customer service and will take the time to explain anything you need to know about the car. He is very well versed about his products and you can tell he enjoys working with people. I would highly recommend Jae Kim to anyone. He is the Best of the Best. I have also had very good service with my 2 Honda's and I would also highly recommend C J Carranza in the Service Dept. He make you feel welcome and appreciated. Exceptional in every way but especially Jon Choi, Sales! I first became acquainted with Auto Park Honda in 2011 when I purchased my first V6 Accord with Navigation. I had looked at four of my top five new c I first became acquainted with Auto Park Honda in 2011 when I purchased my first V6 Accord with Navigation. I had looked at four of my top five new car choices that day (Lexus IS, Avalon, Camry, and Maxima) before happily ending at Auto Park Honda. My reason for choosing this car was not only because it had all the “bells and whistles” I was seeking but because of a most exceptional salesperson – Jon Choi. Jon is not just a knowledgeable and professional salesperson but he is a very good guy in every aspect of his life. Whenever I had a question about my car, I could call and he would always respond. So, Jon and I have continued to touch base over the past three years when I was having my car serviced. And, by the way, there is no better service department than the Auto Park Honda team. On my most recent regular servicing appointment, Jon and I were chatting about the new 2015 V6’s. We took a spin and I traded my 2011 for 2015, just like that!! When I picked up my new car a few days later, Jon took me through my tutorials, loaded my iPhone, and music and as is his nature, said to “call with any questions.” There is a lot of new technology on this car and yes, Jon is patiently on the other end of the phone! I will wrap this up by saying, that everyone I have dealt with at Auto Park Honda has been professional, friendly, accommodating and efficient. Thank you for the exceptional service. More

From desperate to grateful I just purchased my second previously owned Honda from Autopark Honda. This purchase was anticipated but for a future date. However, some mechanical issues with the first car left me without transportation. As a single person with no family in the area, I was in a desperate situation.
