I started out inquiring online about a particular pre owned vehicle and I received a response very quickly from Emily. Although that one had a sale pending, they sent me another option. Then shortly after that I received a phone call from her she asked me what I was looking for as far as kind of vehicle and price range. She sent me another vehicle description that fit my parameters. I set an appointment and I was greeted by CJ, a sales consultant. He was very pleasant and helpful. I also had a good experience with Brad in the finance department. I did not have a great experience at this dealership. Some of my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction, some were not. I was not given a walk through on the vehicle and was told a quarter of a tank of gas is the dealership standard on used vehicles. I purchased a 50,000 vehicle and they would not even give me a tank of gas. It was very disappointing. More
