Our salesperson Matt was very helpful, honest, knowledgeable and not pushy. Overall, we had the best dealership experience. 2015 Buick Regal GS. This is a continuation from a previous complaint. While attempting to fix the vacuum pump, 2 days later the turbo goes out, and while inside the s This is a continuation from a previous complaint. While attempting to fix the vacuum pump, 2 days later the turbo goes out, and while inside the same oil change from that repair, the motor is now toast. Glad they gave me a 5 year 100000 mile powertrain warranty, that cost me out of pocket so far over $2000, and when this motor is repaired, over $8500. Then the warranty company says it will complete my warranty. I am absolutely disgusted, only made 7 payments. The service advisor admitted lack of knowledge and equipment to make the first repair. This has no doubt this caused the chain of events. There is no other explanation other than the vacuum pump wasn't repaired properly, causing the turbo to fail, and now the motor... Hope you've got something good to say. More
