The service on the engine and fixing the door lock was wonderful ~ they get 5 stars. However, I also paid $350 to receive a "complete" detailing of my car. It is because of this service that I gave you one star. I expected to receive my car back in showroom condition ~ that it would be cleaned as you clean the used cars you sell. However, There were dirty water spots on the trunk and rear window. The windshield was smeared in front of the driver (on the inside) and the passenger side (inside) wasn't cleaned at all. The area inside the gas fill outer door wasn't touched. Nothing was done inside the trunk. There was no effort to clean any part of the engine compartment. They put something slick on the floor mats, so that it came off onto the bottom of my shoes and caused me to almost fall, because my shoes' soles were then slick. The only thing they did that I couldn't get done at a cheap car wash was make my floor mats slick, which wasn't a good thing. I DEFINITELY did NOT get my money's worth on that "Complete Detailing!!" More
