Camille was great from the start. Used your internet portal and was able to get pricing on the vehicle that was a lease for our company. Many other dealers want you to come see them before giving you pricing, which I did not have the time for. My only drawback to the deal is how long it took to sign the documents and get the vehicle. 2.5 hrs was too long. More

I purchased at 2023 Tesla, after unsuccessfully attempting to register the car in the app and remove the previous owners information. I contacted Tesla and was told the dealer should have contacted attempting to register the car in the app and remove the previous owners information. I contacted Tesla and was told the dealer should have contacted Tesla to remover the previous owner before selling the car. As a result I am still in the process of transferring the vehicle to myself through Tesla so for now I can’t charge my the car and I have access to all of the previous owners information: name, numbers, home address, phone book. This is very disappointing. The person that traded this vehicle trusted the dealer with their car and trust you to remove their information before the sell, because of this I will never purchase another car here. More
