What brought me to your dealership was:
You had a vehicle I was interested in and a referral from a friend. What sold me was Candace. She was a dream to work with. I have purchased several vehicles in the past from various dealerships in my area and have never had a sales person I truly liked until I worked with Candace. She was not pushy, asked what we needed and went out of her way to help us. When it comes time to look for another vehicle, even though I live in another state, 150 miles away, Candace will be the one whom I contact.

My experiences at St. Louis Honda have always been pleasant. My moment recent was the purchase of a used Honda. The sales person Candace, was very friendly and informative. She makes you feel comfortable that any purchase made, will be the right one. I will definitely contact Candace personally for my next vehicle purchase.

Candice and the staff at St Louis Honda were friendly & honest and made me feel very comfortable. It was obvious they believed in the product they were selling and I did not feel pressured any time during the sale. They were very accomodating and Candice stayed w/ me thru the entire sale and financing. She has also made herself available to me since I purchased the car for any questions I have had.

I showede up at St. Louis Honda intending to buy a certified Accord. I already had an idea on which car I wanted when I showed up. Within a minute Candace Chelist, sales person, approahced me and shpowed me the car, gave me a tset drive , explained the car's features and St. Louis Honda's after purchase services and made an easy sale. I highly recommend Candace and St. Louis Honda.

I had a great experience at St. Louis Honda. I have always had a great experience there. I have gone there many times to get my car fixed and a couple times to look at cars.

Candace was a very polite and informative representative. My mother had recommended me not only to the dealership, but to her as well. She was very nice and she told me everything I needed to know about the payments and things she heard that were good about the cars and the bad
We test drove a mazda for example, the shifting was horrible and she had a tech test drive it and it was a good thing she did because it was not a good sign how it was shifting.

I would defonately recommend everyone to this dealership, and to candance. Everyone is so friendly there. The atmosphere there just makes you comfortable and makes you feel welcome!

I have given this rating, due to the fact that I had a most pleasurable experience at Dave Mungenast's dealership. Every employee was exceptionally friendly and appeared as though they really cared. They seemed really passionate about their job, which made me feel like I belonged there. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Dave Mungenast and would definately recommend this dealership to other people.

I normally dread car shopping, the stress and pressure from the sales force is a real turn off. Candace changed my whole outlook on the experience. She took the time to ask what I was looking for and my price range. She searched and found cars that were in my price range and my type of car. She was patient and very informative, answered all my questions and explained anything in detail that I asked. I never felt like I could ask a dumb question. She never pressured my into making a decision in fact it really stuck with me that she said "it is your decision because you will be making the payments". Normally sales persons don't care about what your payments will be as long as they make the sale. She has even called to ask how everything is going with my car and if I have any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Candace to anyone in the market for a new or used car. The whole experience is now something that I look forward to instead of dreading the awful chore. Thanks Candace you are "one in a million."

My Review of Mungenast St. Louis Honda:
I chose Dave Mungenast St. Louis Honda because I have been using the car service department for 10 years and found all employees helpful, knowledgeable and honorable. I will always buy a Honda because of the quality and reliability of the vehicle, and since I totaled my 1994 Accord and walked away with only bruises.

Candace met me on the lot and was immediately friendly. When I stated my needs, I was impressed with her knowledge of the price range I could buy. All through the purchasing experience, Candace was knowledgeable to a very high degree. This was a strong point for me. I felt very comfortable and safe in buying the used car based on her knowledge and experience.

Another huge factor was her willingness to find the right car for me! Which she did!! I just love my 'new to me' car!
