My Review of Jack Giambalvo Hyundai Mazda:
I just purchased a new Mazda 3 from Jim Parks at Jack Giambalvo and my experience couldn't have been any better. Let me first say that I had contacted numerous Mazda dealers in my search. Jim and his manager Carl were the only ones I spoke with that didn't seem like "salesman". I contacted them and advised them that I had quote from a dealership in Maryland. Carl took my information and within minutes called me back and really impressed me with a great quote. What took me 2+ hours of negotiating at the other dealership was beaten by Jack Giambalvo with just one phone call. I was also offered more for my trade than I originally thought I would get. They really seem to want to help you instead of looking at you as just another customer. My wife will need a new car in about 2 years and we will be going back to Jack Giambalvo Mazda. If your looking for a new Mazda I would most definitely recommend speaking with Jim Parks.

I have purchased several cars in the past and this is by far my best experience ever. Carl is such a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and can answer any question thrown at him. He is a very stand-up guy and came highly recommended by many. My expectations were exceeded in all aspects during my purchase. I received a low rate, great price and a car that I wanted, rather than a car that needed to be sold. I have, and will continue to refer anyone that is looking for a car to Jack Giambalvo and will be a returning customer indefinately. I love my new Hyundai Sonata and am very grateful that I will have somewhere to take it for services where I know that I won't be taken advantage of.

My Review of Jack Giambalvo Hyundai Mazda:
When I think of an excellent car buying/trading experience, I think of Carl Brinkerhoff. Anyone would be a fool to buy a new or used vehicle from anyone other than checking with Carl first. Even if you search around first, make sure you check with Carl last. Carl has helped me purchase 3 cars. My latest new car is the new 2011 Hyundai Sonata! Lancaster Hyundai gave me a price that would have had me finance over $4,000 more! Carl is not a typical annoying car salesman, he is the BEST general manager there is!! Go straight to the manager who will point you in the direction you need!
