We recently bought a new car in May 2026. This was the 5th vehicle we have purchased from Jack Giambalvo since 2012. It was a lease though. I want to thank Adam for treating me as a person and listening to my needs. He never tried to push me into buying but gave me all my options. I bought this car the next day! We had an Elantra, Sonata, Tuscan for my daughter, and 2 Santa Fe’s. Our new Santa Fe is a great car all around. We love it! My wife drives it. My Sonata is a 2012. My engine went out at 168,000 miles. I was going to the dealer to buy a new car the next day and they informed me there was a recall. That year they had some issues with engines and they said I was getting a new engine for free! I said well how much is the labor going to be? They said Hyundai was covering it all! I knew then I never wanted to work with another company. I still drive the Sonata and now have 265,000 miles total on it. I may never sell it! More

They sell cars with lies and then they don’t even show their faces and ignore you. They tell you that the cars have been certified but they don’t really make sure to inspect the vehicle correctly they do their faces and ignore you. I don’t recommend them to anyone. More

In my 50+ years best transaction. The mega dealers in my area, 16929 are not very knowledgeable, they have lied, at least 2 dealers, it is frustrating. Jack Giambalvo Hyundai was grea The mega dealers in my area, 16929 are not very knowledgeable, they have lied, at least 2 dealers, it is frustrating. Jack Giambalvo Hyundai was great. I am 3hrs away and worked with Travis on email and text. When I told them I was 3hrs away they offered me a deal that was $3k less, their honesty and communication sealed the deal. Constantly keeping me informed so my time there would be short and it was as much as possible. The Tucson was ready, only negative was a little dirt on the seat, they took care of it right away. All the paperwork was ready, they were friendly, knowledgeable and did not push all the propaganda, I did not have upper management come visit me to waste my time trying sell protection programs like they do in my area. They offer free lifetime inspections, including other vehicles in my household. I would highly recommend them. More
