Carlo is great. He is very knowledgeable and he clears up a lot of the miscellaneous factors that you might not be aware of. For example when I purchased an M550i th He is very knowledgeable and he clears up a lot of the miscellaneous factors that you might not be aware of. For example when I purchased an M550i three years ago, Carlo informed me that I should definitely add the rim and tire protection insurance plan which I was about to pass on. Carlo explained that it would be a very wise decision to obtain the plan for a very small fee since I had 21 inch rims with run flat tires. Luckily I listened and this saved me $18,000 because I ended up with over 8 flat tires and damaged rims. If I didn’t have the tire and rim insurance protection plan, I would’ve had to pay $18,000 out of pocket. Carlo will also tell you about many other things but take it from me, when Carlo speaks and advises you on something particular, do yourself a favor and listen to him. More
