Embarrassing We bought our 2018 Odyssey from Manly Honda a couple years ago. The windshield wipers just stopped working. We had to buy a new motor for it. The rental cars don't fit all of our kids, very inc a couple years ago. The windshield wipers just stopped working. We had to buy a new motor for it. The rental cars don't fit all of our kids, very inconvenient. It took over a week and cost over $700. I talked to the manager who said defensively 'I didn't manufacture the car' which is true but I bought it from your dealership, so it is such a weak response. He asked me what I wanted (to get me to leave) and I asked about the warranty on the windshield wipers, he said they are covered for 12 months. That's it!? for windshield wipers? Shouldn't they last for decades? Just embarrassing. More

I wish you had a sign in the customer waiting area that asked people to go outside to have loud phone conversations with their speakers on. No one needs to listen to calls like that. Carlo Verde provided me a STELLAR customer service experience! He goes above and beyond when he sees a customer even when he just walked into the lobby and that is what exactly he has done. His authen experience! He goes above and beyond when he sees a customer even when he just walked into the lobby and that is what exactly he has done. His authenticity and truly caring demeanor about the customers of Honda are a great asset to the Service department and Honda itself. Authenticity rarely comes and he has it. More

It was a bit difficult getting my service scheduled. But once that was done, the service was completed in the time predicted. I was able to get a loaner car that was nice while the work was done. The only problem was that a scented air product was used in the car that I really didn’t like and still continue to smell whenever the ac is turned on. More
