Friendly ,courteous people. Sales staff are very attentive and eager to assist whenever asked. The staff in service and parts have been awesome to deal with. The waiting area is always clean and always fresh coffee while waiting. Service always ask if I need a ride or not. My wife is currently on her 3rd Kia and I am enjoying my 4th Kia. The dealership personnel at Shottenkirk and the awesome Kia value is why we have purchased 7 Kia vehicles. More
